- 25 gr Beurre doux fondu
- 1 sachet de sucre vanillé

- Étalez la au rouleau pour former un rectangle (de 55x22 cm)

- Badigeonnez de beurre fondu encore tiède.

- Mélangez les sucres et saupoudrez en la pâte.
- Replier le côté gauche des 2/3 vers la droite puis le bord droit de 1/3 vers la gauche, de cette façon vous donnerez un peu plus de feuilletage et incorporez le beurre et le sucre à toute la pâte.


- Puis étalez au rouleau sur 30x30 cm
- Repliez encore le bord droit vers la gauche et le bord gauche vers la droite en laissant un espace de 2 cm au milieu.

- Repliez le bord gauche sur la droite et remettre la pâte au frigo jusqu'à ce quelle soit assez ferme pour la découper.
- Détaillez en tranches de 1/2 cm d'épaisseur.

- Posez les palmiers sur une plaque en espaçant suffisamment, les badigeonnez de beurre fondu et de sucre en poudre.


- Mettez dans le four préchauffez à 180 degrés pendant 15/20 mins.
