- 5 gr sucre
- 10 gr sel
- 1 bรปche de chรจvre
- 300 gr d รฉpinards
- 1 peu de Mozarella, ou emmental
- Facultatif un peu de boursin ou ricotta
- Facultatif origan ou herbes de Provence

- Dans la cuve du robot ou un saladier ajouter le 2 farines et les mรฉlanger un peu.

- Prรฉchauffer le four ร 220°C Aprรจs les 2hr de repos, dฤgazer la pรขte et la couper en 2 portions.
Fariner le plan de travail et travailler un peu le pรขton.
L'affiner ร la mesure de la platine ร pizza que vous aurez huilฤ au prรฉalable et saupoudrer d'un peu de farine ou semoule fine.


- Pour le fond j ai tartinรฉ de boursin que j ai aussi recouvert de Mozarella, on peut aussi tartiner de ricotta fraรฎche.

Vous pouvez aussi prรฉparer une variante, en parsement un peu de Mozarella et quand la pizza est cuite ajouter des petits tas de ricotta fraรฎche.
