  8. A la fin de ces 3 minutes, ajoutez le reste du sucre (environ 700g). Remuez et portez à ébullition également.
  9. Remplissez vos pots avec la confiture encore chaude. Ne les remplissez pas entièrement. Retournez vos pots et attendez quelques jours avant de déguster.
